Fretless Basses

Fretless bass guitars deliver a distinctive playing experience thanks to a smooth fingerboard without frets, enabling fluid transitions between notes and more precise control over intonation. This type of instrument is popular with musicians seeking an authentic, expressive sound. Lined positions make it easier to control intonation, an unlined fingerboard provides a traditional appearance, and a hard or coated fingerboard resists string wear more effectively.
